We are open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) so are easily contactable. And with a dedicated maintenance team available to tenants even when our office is closed, you will always have someone on hand if you require assistance. Our repair response times are speedy to say the least with most repairs completed the same day.
Bradford itself also has plenty to offer. It is a city full of history with an ever-changing backdrop. Bradford has a bustling student community and an excellent nightlife. The best hang-outs are in and around Sunbridge wells with an eclectic mix of traditional and stylish bars, restaurants and coffee houses all on offer. Away from the high street, there are plenty of other activities to soak up. The Media Museum offers a peaceful retreat into the world of Media, whilst a short journey the famous Lister Park, complete with scenic walks and paddle boats.
Bradford also has excellent transport links, with a regular train and bus network. So if you fancy shopping or seeing a live gig away from the city, Leeds is within a short train ride. If that is not your scene, then the world heritage site of Saltire, complete with canal side walks, art galleries and quirky eateries.
