Here at Kexgill we have a multi award winning team of people who have a wealth of knowledge about all things student accommodation (see “The Recognition” for a full list of national and regional awards).
Our branch ofﬁce’s are supported by the larger Kexgill Group with a wealth of experience, knowledge and specialisms. Throughout the group our staff have several decades of experience in the student accommodation business and they fully understand the needs of students. This includes multi-national staff who are available in person, by telephone or Skype to sign tenancy agreements with non-native English speaking tenants (see “International” for further details).
Many of our award winning staff are graduates themselves and under take unipol training, which best placed to understand what students expect from the University experience.
Each branch has a highly trained team who know everything there is to know about student accommodation in their town/city. They are there to help find the perfect student accommodation for you. After that our staff will be on hand to care for students for the entirety of their stay in Kexgill student accommodation. This includes an open-door policy for concerns beyond those about accommodation. There is always a friendly face to speak to.
Our maintenance teams are highly skilled and on site ready to repair anything reported to us. With a same working day service for almost all repairs. Someone is on call 24/7. There is someone in each branch area that can attend the property quickly if needs be not just someone over the phone based in London.
